At LUXOVIAS, we currently do not accept returns for products once they have been delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- A wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the outer packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution if the claim is found to be valid.
Items Not Eligible
The following are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Minor color variations due to screen settings or photography
- Normal wear and tear after use
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
